Chef Muñoz has been in the Monterey Peninsula for over 30 years; former head of cuisine at prestigious  Carmel Valley Ranch had not only initiated his carrier at  Hog's Breath in Carmel, formerly owned by Clint Eastwood, has been awarded all over the place for his exquisite and unique flavor and known for his fantastic persona.
